How the 6 weeks work with our Mental Performance Program for Athletes
This is 1:1 coaching, personalized to you, your sport, and your biggest challenges.
Week 1: Foundation + Game Plan
We identify what’s actually happening (and when), set goals, and build your first set of tools.
Week 2: Confidence (the kind that lasts)
We build confidence from habits, preparation, and self-trust, not outcomes.
Week 3: Focus under pressure
You’ll learn how to get present fast and stay locked in when the game speeds up.
Week 4: Mistake recovery
A practical reset system you can use immediately so you bounce back faster.
Week 5: Emotional control
Tools to manage frustration, nerves, and intensity so your emotions work for you, not against you.
Week 6: Mental toughness + integration
We put it all together into a repeatable routine you’ll use in practices, games, and off-season training.
