As a sports performance coach with over a decade of experience working with athletes and former athletes, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching; I never played beyond high school and it’s because I didn’t have the focus, confidence, or motivation to make it happen- even when Coaches knocked on my door.

Reflecting on my playing years, I recognize that I made mistakes and neglected simple practices that could have advanced my athletic career.

Playing through injuries, misinterpreting feedback, allowing myself to be distracted too easily—I've been there.

Now, armed with evidence-based findings, constantly educating myself in the world of mental performance and insights from working with clients, I aim to guide athletes away from these pitfalls.

My goal is to help them perform as happy, healthy, and strong athletes for as long as they choose to play.

Outside of my personal training business, I’m a Mom, bookworm, and coach for the varsity girls ice hockey team as well as the middle school girls soccer team at Oak Knoll School.
