Coach Kristin

I’m Kristin, a Mental Performance Mastery Certified Coach and Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 10 years of experience helping athletes unlock their full potential. From youth sports to college athletics and beyond, I’ve worked with athletes across various levels and disciplines.

My coaching approach is rooted in my background in social work and psychology, giving me a unique perspective on the mental challenges athletes face both on and off the field.

But my journey hasn’t been without its own challenges. Despite having the talent to compete at the collegiate level, I chose a different path. That decision shaped my mission: to help athletes recognize their value, prioritize progress over perfection, and enjoy the process of reaching their peak performance.
